One of the most famous Hindi television reality shows is Kaun Banega Crorepati. Everybody at some point has dreamt of being a part of this reality show and being a crorepati. The show is currently on its 14th season, and the show’s host is none other than our Big B, meaning Amitabh Bachchan.
In the latest installment of Kaun Banega Crorepati, we already have a name that became the first crorepati – Kavita Chawla, a homemaker from Kolhapur. You might have missed the nail-biting moment if you weren’t tuned into the telly. Nevertheless, below are other facts about the show that you might still be unaware of.
1) Questions are assigned in Real Time
While many of us assume that the questions given to the contestants are pre-decided, it cannot be further from the truth. All the questions assigned to Computer Ji are in real-time. Furthermore, the difficulty level of questions is formed according to the contestant’s performance per question. All of this is done with the help of the technical team, and they remain close to Amitabh Bachchan’s computer screen.
2) SRK hosted the third season
You may or may not be aware of this, but Big B did not host the third season of KBC. His health wasn’t well at the time, which explains this decision. Therefore, SRK hosted season 3 as his replacement. The third season, however, was significantly shorter than the previous two.
3) Contestants set chodkar bahar nahi jaa sakte
It does not matter whether the contestants lost, won, or quit. It is not allowed for them to leave the set until the whole shoot has been completed. Additionally, they are made to sit in a cabin nearby.
4) Amitabh Bachchan ki autograph allowed nahi hai
Well, Big B might give an autograph if you seek one. However, it is not allowed. If you ask for an autograph of Amitabh Bachchan, the crew may take away your autograph book and will not return it.
5) Har contestant ki jankari rakhte hain Big B
Amitabh Bachchan always ensures he is well aware of all the details regarding his contestants. Hence, he does his groundwork every time he arrives on the sets.
